Revell 2943 – 1/24 1971 Hemi Cuda 426 Plastic Model Kit
Sheathed in the aerodynamic Plymouth® Barracuda body, this car was powered by the famous 426 HEMI® engine. 1971 was the last year that the engine was available and survivors today often sell for amounts reaching into six figures at car auctions. This lightweight machine was transformed into a ground-pounding street machine when powered by the 426-cubic-inch “Elephant Motor.” 4-speed transmission is equipped with a pistol grip shifter, heavy-duty springs and suspension, and oversize performance tires mounted on special Ralleye Wheels. “Air grabber” air scoop on the hood, distinctive “HEMI” side stripes, and a rear spoiler; powerful 426 Hemi engine. Rear wing and rear window louvers. Waterslide decals with Hemi graphics. Molded in white and clear with plated parts and black vinyl tires.
